Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add cottage cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the chicken.
- Mix everything together well until all components are fully combined.
- Pour olive oil into a 9×13-inch baking pan to coat the bottom.
- Add the chicken mixture into the pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake the mixture uncovered in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Ensure that the chicken is cooked through and reaches a safe internal temperature.
