Description
A deliciously indulgent dessert combining a buttery Biscoff biscuit base, rich homemade caramel, and a smooth chocolate topping, finished with a drizzle of Biscoff spread.

- 500g (17.6 oz) Biscoff biscuits
- 185g (6.5 oz) unsalted butter, melted
- 200g (7 oz) unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
- 397g (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 250g (8.8 oz) milk chocolate, chopped
- 200g (7 oz) Biscoff spread
- Biscoff crumbs, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) square tin with parchment paper.
- Crush Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter.
- Press into the base of the tin and bake for 10–12 minutes. Cool completely.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, caster sugar, and golden syrup.
- Stir in condensed milk and bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and thick.
- Pour over the cooled base, spread evenly, and let set.
- Melt the milk chocolate until smooth.
- Pour over the set caramel layer and smooth the top.
- Warm Biscoff spread until pourable. Drizzle decoratively over the chocolate.
- Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff for added crunch.
- Chill for 2 hours or until fully set.
- Use the parchment to lift out, then cut into bars or squares.
Notes
- Ensure the caramel is cooked until thick for the best texture.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
