Instructions

  2. Transfer and Freeze: Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Spread evenly. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent freezer burn. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  3. Serve and Enjoy: Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and serve as is or with toppings like fresh berries, crushed nuts, or granola.
