Instructions
- Prepare the Bruschetta: In a medium bowl, combine the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Make the Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the chopped or shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Dip: In a serving dish, spread the cheese mixture evenly on the bottom. Top with the prepared bruschetta mixture, spreading it evenly over the cheese layer.
