A quick and easy recipe for a delicious cheeseburger quesadilla, perfect for a snack or a meal.

- 1 lb ground beef, lean
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp grated onion
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp relish
- 2 tsp mustard (yellow)
- 1 tsp vinegar (white)
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 16 thin slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles (dill)
- 1/2 cup finely minced onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture. Stir well and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together mayo, grated onion, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika to create the tangy burger sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, and layer with 4 slices of cheddar cheese, half of the beef mixture, pickles, and minced onion. Top with another 4 slices of cheese and another tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients to make additional quesadillas.
- Slice into wedges and serve with the tangy burger sauce.
