- 2 cups milk
- 1 (11 oz) box cheddar bay biscuit mix (including seasoning packet)
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1½ cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, melted butter, frozen carrots and peas, milk, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions and drop spoonfuls over the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
