- 2 cups cooked & chopped chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 2 (10 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz chilled French onion dip (the kind for chips)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups cooked cheese tortellini
- 2 cups French fried onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion dip, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cooked tortellini. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the French fried onions evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the onions are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy this hearty and flavorful casserole!
