- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon banana pepper juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/3 cup banana pepper rings
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 ounces salami, diced
- 6 ounces deli turkey breast, diced
- 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese, cubed
- 1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well.
- Add the banana pepper rings, red onion, cherry tomatoes, salami, turkey breast, and provolone cheese to the bowl.
- Gently fold in the cooked and cooled rotini pasta until everything is well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled as a side dish for picnics or gatherings.
Notes
- This salad can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Feel free to add other vegetables or meats according to your preference.
