- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup prepared basil pesto
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅔ cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 large Roma tomato, seeded and diced (about ½ cup diced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh julienned or chopped basil
- 1 French baguette, sliced and toasted, tortilla chips, or crackers (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, basil pesto, sour cream, and ⅔ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Gently fold in the diced Roma tomato and fresh basil into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of shredded Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or crackers for dipping.
