  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 stick of butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and melted butter over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
