Description
A simple and delicious no-bake dessert made with creamy cheesecake filling and Oreo cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 8 oz. Cool Whip or whipped topping
- 2/3 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 24–26 Oreo cookies
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Crush the Oreo cookies and fold half of them into the cheesecake mixture.
- In serving cups, layer the cheesecake mixture and the remaining crushed Oreos.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use double stuffed Oreos.
- Can be topped with additional whipped cream and Oreo crumbs before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
