Description

A simple and delicious no-bake dessert made with creamy cheesecake filling and Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 oz. Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 2/3 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2426 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Crush the Oreo cookies and fold half of them into the cheesecake mixture.
  5. In serving cups, layer the cheesecake mixture and the remaining crushed Oreos.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use double stuffed Oreos.
  • Can be topped with additional whipped cream and Oreo crumbs before serving.
