- ⅓ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots.
- Add the broken ramen noodles and sliced green onions to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, and sugar until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the toasted slivered almonds on top before serving.
