Ingredients
- Macaroni pasta – 2 cups
- Cooked shrimp – 1 pound
- Mayonnaise – 1 cup
- Sour cream – ½ cup
- Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Celery, chopped – ½ cup
- Red bell pepper, diced – 1 medium
- Green onions, sliced – ½ cup
- Dried dill weed – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Add the cooled macaroni, cooked shrimp, celery, red bell pepper, green onions, and dried dill weed to the bowl.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
