A delicious and nutritious Breakfast Pumpkin Pie Smoothie that combines the flavors of pumpkin pie with the health benefits of a smoothie.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup instant oatmeal, certified gluten free
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
