Ingredients

- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup ice
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup instant oatmeal, certified gluten free
- 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until all ingredients are smooth (about a minute, depending on how strong your blender is).
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, add more banana or oatmeal.
- Can substitute almond milk for a dairy-free option.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
