Description

Milky Way Caramel Cheesecake Brownies with fudgy brownie layers, creamy cheesecake, gooey caramel, and chunks of Milky Way candy bars.


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg yolk

½ cup Milky Way candy bars, chopped

½ cup caramel sauce


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9×13 pan.

2. Mix butter and 2 cups sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla.

3. Whisk flour, cocoa, and salt. Fold into wet mixture.

4. Beat cream cheese, ¼ cup sugar, and egg yolk until smooth.

5. Spread half the brownie batter in pan. Dollop cheesecake mixture. Swirl gently.

6. Sprinkle chopped Milky Way over cheesecake. Add remaining brownie batter.

7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top. Swirl slightly.

8. Bake 30–35 minutes until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

9. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Use parchment for easy removal.

Chill before cutting for clean slices.
